I want to confess that I adore drinking tea.
I agree it wasn’t the best intro to this blog, but let me dive into this topic deeper. You won’t regret spending time!
I fell in love with the tea ceremony three years ago. I looked for something to replace coffee.
I used to drink coffee like pills to feel better fast, but once I decided I had enough. So, I started to seek out my own tea set per day.
My goals were:
1. To find a tea with energy-charging, like a morning or noon set, that keeps me focused and concentrated.
2. Find an evening relaxation set that provides calm, reduces stress, and helps me get high-quality sleep.
I have tested numerous types of green, black, red, and white teas, and each of them has different flavors and the development process.
Finally, I found my personal tea set and would like to share it with you.
These are my two favorites: Shu Puer and Gaba Alishan. They are both “Ulun”. It’s the name of the development process of this type of tea.
Shu Puer is from China and Gaba Alishan is from Taiwan

First of all, I like them both for their intriguing flavors. Every time I drink that tea, I get astonished like the first time! It is amazing. How can it taste so unexpectedly? I bet when you try it, you will understand what I mean.
The taste of Shu Puer is like a young Walnut, and Gaba Alishan tastes like fresh new honey.
In my view, the main advantage of my favorite tea over coffee is that you ought to drink it without sugar.
You can drink Shu Puer tea more than coffee and won’t get anxiety and panic attacks. Moreover, you feel calm and have strong concentration. After Gaba Alishan, you definitely will have a nondeprecated sleep like a child.
After my three years of experience, I feel better and sleep deeper. I like that flavor at last.
I would say, that it is the best way to become a healthy, productive, and be more stress-resistant person.
In Conclusion, my strong recommendation for everyone who would read this blog is to be open-minded and not be afraid to change some of your habits or tastes. This is not as terrifying as you might think. Anyway, you always get a useful experience and probably have an idea of what to write on your blog.
